Foreign currency
Foreign Currency can be lodged:
- By Order or with the permission of the court, or
- In satisfaction of a claim for a debt or liquidated demand expressed in a foreign currency in the currency in which the claim is made
- Foreign currency accounts can be held in most major currencies.
