Grants for children
A person with a prior right to extract a grant may have no power to do so after being convicted of unlawful killing.
Where there is no one else with parental responsibility for the minor or, in appropriate cases, the Official Solicitor will extract Grants of Representation to estates for the use and benefit of minors to protect the interests of those minors.
