Grants for patients
The Official Solicitor may, if no other suitable person is willing and able to act, seek the authority of the Court of Protection to extract the grant for the use and benefit of persons entitled to the Grant but who are under a disability pursuant to an order made by the Court of Protection. A patient may become entitled to extract a grant either as an executor or beneficiary under a will or an intestacy.
