Financial cases
When necessary, decisions concerning almost any aspect of P's property and financial affairs can be made and the deputy or the attorney, and certain other persons, can make an application to the Court of Protection for this to be done. The Official Solicitor is frequently asked to assist the court in reaching a decision.
